Terms of Service

These Terms are the legal terms between the user (hereinafter referred to as "you") and the Smallkite Accelerator team (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "we") regarding the use of the Little Kite VPN (hereinafter referred to as "this Product") service. By clicking "Agree" or actually using this service, you indicate that you have read and voluntarily agree to be bound by these Terms.

1、 Account Registration and Security Management

You must ensure the authenticity and legality of the information you provide when registering an account. The Company grants you a limited, non-transferable personal license.

Transferring, renting, or commercially reselling your account is strictly prohibited. Using this service for DDoS attacks, mass spamming, scanning for vulnerabilities, or other activities that endanger network security is prohibited. For violations of these Terms, the Company has the right to directly ban the account without notice and without refund.

You are fully responsible for all activities occurring under your account, and all operations performed through your account are considered your own actions. The Company is not liable for compensation if acceleration time is stolen or data is damaged due to the user's disclosure of login credentials.

2、 Service Subscription and Refund Guarantee

2.1 Pricing: This product is a digital subscription service. Your payment includes a "Basic Acceleration Service Fee" and a "Channel Settlement Fee" charged by the third-party payment gateway (such as Stripe, Google, Apple, etc.).

2.2 Order Synchronization: After successful payment, the system will typically activate access within minutes. To address delays caused by network fluctuations, we have deployed a 24/7 reconciliation system. In case of any issues, please contact customer service with your payment receipt.

2.3 Refund Policy:

• Refund requests must comply with the settlement rules of the corresponding payment platform.
• Deduction Explanation: The refund amount will be calculated based on the actual number of days used and will forcibly deduct the irrevocable handling fee charged by the third-party payment channel.
• Rejection Scenarios: If a user violates this agreement (such as illegally sharing accounts, engaging in illegal activities, etc.), the company reserves the right to refuse their refund request.

3、 Intellectual Property and Conduct Constraints

We own the complete intellectual property rights to this product (including the official website https://smallkite.com), including the code, acceleration protocol, algorithm, and visual design. You may not maliciously probe, intercept, reverse engineer, or perform any other actions that harm our commercial interests.

4、 Disclaimer

4.1 Legal Compliance Guidelines

We are committed to providing high-quality network technical support. When using this service, please ensure that your actions comply with the laws and regulations of your location and the location of the service node. This product is for legal research, study, office, and entertainment purposes only. If a user uses this service to engage in any illegal or irregular activities, the user shall bear all related legal liabilities, and we shall not bear any form of joint liability.

4.2 Maximum Liability

We always strive for the highest service stability. However, in any case (including but not limited to claims for breach of contract or infringement), the total amount of compensation we shall pay to the user shall not exceed the total subscription fees actually paid to us by the user within the three months prior to the dispute.

4.3 Third-Party Risk Waiver

In certain scenarios (such as accessing specific third-party platforms or performing sensitive operations), we may inform you in advance of potential technical risks or platform blocking risks. If you choose to continue operating after being aware of the risks, we will do our best to provide technical assistance for any resulting damage to third-party accounts, data loss, or property loss, but we cannot assume any economic liability for such losses.

4.4 External Force Majeure

Temporary service interruptions or speed fluctuations caused by the complexity of the internet environment (such as backbone network failures, hacker attacks, policy adjustments, or natural disasters) are objective factors that we cannot foresee and control. In such cases, we will activate our recovery plan as soon as possible, but we are not responsible for any indirect losses caused thereby.

4.5 Malicious Operation Disclaimer

Service failures or device damage caused by using this software through unofficial patches, cracked plugins, or methods that violate the operating guidelines are not covered by our protection.

5、 Privacy Policy

6、 Amendment and Jurisdiction

This company reserves the right to amend this agreement as needed, and the revised version will take effect upon publication. Your continued use of this agreement after the update constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. This agreement is governed by the laws of the company's place of registration. Any dispute arising from this agreement that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be submitted to the competent adjudicating body in the location of this company.
